01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Global Star Migration Solutions ("GMS") website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws of Kenya.
02. Scope of Services
GMS provides immigration consultancy, work permit processing, residency, citizenship, business registration, global mobility and relocation support. Specific scopes are defined in your engagement letter or statement of work.
03. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and timely information.
- Disclose any material immigration history, including refusals.
- Respond to requests for documentation within agreed timelines.
- Comply with the laws of Kenya and any visa, permit or pass conditions.
04. Fees & Payment
Professional fees and government disbursements are agreed in advance. Where not specified, GMS standard rates apply. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
05. Refunds
Government fees and statutory disbursements are non-refundable once paid. Professional fees are refundable only to the extent of work not yet performed and as outlined in your engagement letter.
06. Limitation of Liability
GMS's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant matter. Immigration outcomes ultimately rest with the relevant authority.
07. Intellectual Property
All content, code, templates and trademarks on the GMS website are owned by GMS and protected under applicable law. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
08. Force Majeure
GMS is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including changes in law, regulator action, connectivity outages or public emergencies.
09. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
